Latest Health Guidelines for Travellers

Due to the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, some museums in Vienna are closed until March 31st or further notice.

If you already have a Vienna PASS and are not going to start your trip now, you have the following options:

  • You can postpone your trip to a later date. Your Vienna PASS is just as flexible as you are. The voucher for your pass is valid for 1 year from purchase.
  • You can cancel your trip. You will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price up to 30 days after purchase. After this period you will receive a 90% refund of the purchase price.
