Choose between getting your Vienna PASS shipped to your home or pick it up in Vienna, upon arrival. Our flexible Shipping & Collection service means you can select the option easiest for you. If you choose to get it shipped to your home, you can plan your itinerary in advance with the guidebook; alternatively pick it up at the central Vienna PASS Customer Service Centre in Vienna or at the AirportDriver desk at the airport, arrivals hall.

Please note: Delivery times as listed above are for guidance only - please allow time to despatch the product(s). Products will be shipped on working days - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery to the UK may take slightly longer. Please allow an extra 5 working days for orders placed during the Christmas season (21 december - 6 january).

Collecting your pass in Vienna

For extra peace of mind, we would recommend you choose to collect your pass(es) in Vienna to avoid your order being delayed or lost in the post. Just print your Vienna PASS email voucher (or show it on your mobile device) containing your unique order number and a valid photographic form of ID and take it to one of the two Redemption Desks. Your email voucher will be sent to you upon purchase and confirmation of the order. Please note that there might me waiting times during high season. Collection by third parties is not permitted. If personal collection is not possible, please contact our customer service centre in advance by sending an e-mail to

Should you wish to make changes to your order, buy extra Vienna Passes or need other assitance, please redeem your Voucher at our Central Collection Desk in the city centre (not at the airport).

The Vienna PASS Customer Service Centre is located at the Opernpassage (underground passage) at the State Opera. Use exitway to underground stations U1, U2 and U4.

You can also collect your pass from the airport at the Airport Driver desk in the arrivals hall.
